In addition to writing my dissertation, publishing my research in peer-reviewed journals, and writing and publishing children’s books, I’ve assisted others with various projects that include technical reports, book manuscripts, dissertations, and poetry. I know how valuable a fresh pair of eyes and different perspective can be and truly enjoy supporting others with their projects.
Writing is such a personal experience, and it is not always easy to share with others. So much of one’s heart, soul, and time are invested, and it can leave writers feeling vulnerable and anxious when it’s time to have others review their work. Journal Manuscript Formatting $55 per hour
You’ve spent untold hours writing your manuscript and are excited to submit it. But wait! You still have to format it to meet the journal’s specifications before submission. If you don’t have the time or patience to revise your document yet again, I can help! Simply send me your manuscript and the journal’s guidelines, and I’ll take care of the rest.

Copyediting $40 per hour
I’ll review documents for errors in grammar, spelling, syntax, and punctuation, as well as consistency in capitalization, font, hyphenation, etc.

Line editing $50 per hour
Sentence by sentence, I’ll review your document for clarity and flow (is it clear, fluid, and easy to read?), words that are overused, run-ons, redundancies, conciseness, and transitions.

Proofreading $35 per hour
No time to reread what you wrote? I can help by reviewing documents for typos, formatting issues (e.g., APA), punctuation, and inconsistencies.
